Let the Roxie’s Team swing by and place your package(s) safely inside. Let us play “the waiting game” with an upcoming delivery. And, most importantly, let Roxie’s bring you peace of mind knowing your home and plants are being watched and cared for while you are away.

Monday – Sunday 7:00am – 8:30pm
Secure Package Placement
You will be provided from Roxie’s:
. Check In of when a member of our Team arrives to your home
. A photo of the package(s) locations where it was left on your porch, as is
. A photo of where the packages are placed (per your instructions of where to place them)
. A note from our Team member of any specifics needing to be be mentioned
. Check Out of when the Team member has left and secured your property
ADDITIONAL RATES APPLY:
. $10 addl per visit on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve. . $20 addl fee applied for Less Than 24-Hr Notice
We Wait on Your Deliveries
We can wait on furniture, appliances, flowers and groceries.
$21 per 30 min OR $36 per 60 min
You will be provided from Roxie’s:
. Check In of when a member of our Team arrives to your home
. A text message when the delivery truck or driver arrives
. A photo of the delivery when it arrives and is placed where you request us to tell the delivery company
. A note from our Team member of any specifics needing to be be mentioned
. Check Out of when the Team member has left and secured your property

House Check
ONLY for client homes where the pets are not present or they do not have pets.
Check of the perimeter of the home (outside and inside as desired).
Set out/return trash bins on trash day.
Alternate lights as desired.
Bring in the mail, newspapers and any packages that arrive.
Water indoor/outdoor plants.
You will be provided from Roxie’s:
. Check In of when a member of our Team arrives to your home
. A note from our Team member of any specifics needing to be be mentioned in reference to what was checked and any issues with photos
. Check Out of when the Team member has left and secured your property
